Very often a question is raises whether management is an art or a science. Before arriving at any conclusion, it is more appropriate to ascertain the attributes of an art and science and should see whether such attributes are applicable to management also. Therefore, we shall now analyse this important question under two separate headings namely, 1.Management as an Art, and 2. Management as a Science.
