A few bands come along

A few bands come along that are just such compelling performers that you have to involve immediately. Whether there’s a deal or not in place is irrelevant. You just see these bands as incredible performers and it’s just a matter of time before they get a record deal. We’ve had a few like that. We look for incredible performers who have that something magic that happens between them and their audience; we look for that at every level.
