If I listen to your tape I will hear whether you’re good or bad. When I come see you I’ll know how you perform. It may seem like the least important but first and foremost I want to know what kind of person you are. It’s easier for me to work with a nice person. I don’t want to deal with a person who will scream and yell at me if they’re not getting what they want.
